In this course, we journey through a perspective of self belief that is rarely talked about - 10 vital steps. Through reflective exercises and guided (online) processes, you'll uncover insights about yourself, so you can say goodbye to letting self doubt and insecurity stop you and a big hello to backing yourself and moving forward as a bold YES!
There will be two live group calls, where we go deeper into some of the key steps, further integrating the learnings. It's also an opportunity for Q&A, connect with other course participants and share any personal insights from the week. These calls will be recorded if you can't make it live and you can submit your questions to watch back on the recording.
From Monday 19th August you'll receive a daily lesson each weekday to watch in your own time. The first live integration group call will be on Monday 26th August at 7pm GMT. Lessons then resume daily with Steps 6-10 from Monday 26th - Friday 30th August. Final live integration group call will be 2nd Sept at 7pm GMT.
Each video is between 5-10 minutes long. The insight exercises will take as long as they take for you but allow a minimum 15 minutes each day of your focussed attention for the best outcome.
